Stop retyping the incident
When traffic jumps or falls, the hard part is rarely finding the flag. It is restating the hour, the metric, and the expected baseline before Insights can investigate. Explain in Insights removes that step.
Open a chart flag on the property dashboard, hover a row on the Anomalies page, or open a weekly or monthly report. Choose Explain in Insights, and Nexly opens the assistant for that property with the spike, drop, or report period already pinned. You can keep asking follow-ups in the same chat.
Where it shows up
On the dashboard, the chart flag popover now includes the action next to the observed and expected values. On the Anomalies list, the same control appears on each row (always visible on touch devices). Inside a report, it sits next to share so a weekly or monthly summary can become an investigation without leaving the report flow.
The incidents and anomalies guide and the reports guide show each entry point. For how Insights works once the chat is open, see the Insights overview.
Built on the same assistant
Explain uses the Insights you already know: property scope, model choice, chat history, and Skills. It is a faster on-ramp when the question starts from a detected change or a prepared report, not a separate product.
If you are still getting familiar with the assistant, Meet Nexly Insights is a good place to start, and Skills cover the prompts you want to reuse after the first explanation.
