Nexly

Google Search Console

See what people searched, and what they did next.

Nexly Analytics imports your Google Search Console data next to your web and product analytics. Queries, impressions, clicks, and positions sit beside the visitors each landing page actually received, and Insights can explain both.

Search in context

Google results next to real visits

The Search section charts clicks, impressions, CTR, and average position over time, with period comparison. Landing pages show Google metrics together with the visitors and entries Nexly recorded on the same page.

  • Clicks, impressions, CTR, and average position
  • Search queries sortable by any metric
  • Landing pages with Google metrics and Nexly visitors side by side

Ask Insights

Find the queries and pages worth your time

Once a property is connected, Insights reads the imported search data alongside your traffic, so questions about search performance get answers grounded in both.

  • “Which queries gained impressions last month?”
  • “Which landing pages get many impressions but few clicks?”
  • “How did organic search traffic change over the last 28 days?”

Minutes to set up

Read-only, with 16 months of history

Connect with Google, pick the matching Search Console property, and Nexly imports the history Google keeps. After that, it checks for newly published days every hour.

  • Read-only access: nothing changes in Search Console
  • Domain and URL-prefix properties supported
  • Up to 16 months of history on the first import

Part of your dashboard

Search tab on the Overview

The Acquisition widget gets a Search tab with the top queries by impressions for the dashboard period.

Honest freshness

Google publishes Search Console data two to three days late. A Data through note always shows which day the data reaches.

Also available over MCP

Claude, Cursor, and other MCP clients can read the same Search Console data through the Nexly MCP server.

Access and control

Admin-only connection

Connecting, switching sites, or disconnecting requires the Admin or Owner role. Everyone on the team can read the imported data.

Sync on demand

Admins can start an import from the Search Console settings at any time to pick up newly published days.

Clean disconnect

Disconnecting removes the Google connection together with every imported search row for the property.

Common questions

Does Nexly replace Google Search Console?
No. Search Console stays the source of search data, and you still use it for indexing, sitemaps, and coverage issues. Nexly imports the performance data (queries, impressions, clicks, CTR, and position) and puts it next to what visitors did on your site.
How fresh is the search data?
Google publishes Search Console data with a delay of about two to three days, so the newest day in Nexly is always a few days behind today. Nexly checks for new days every hour and imports them as soon as Google publishes them.
Can Nexly change anything in my Search Console account?
No. Nexly asks Google for read-only access and never changes anything in your Search Console account.
Is the Search Console integration included on the free plan?
Yes. Every feature, including Search Console and Insights, is available on every plan, free included.
Do dashboard filters apply to search data?
No. Google reports search traffic separately from the visits Nexly records, so the Search section always shows the whole property.
