Start the next Insights question on a current model

The selector caught up

Nexly Insights now offers the current model from each of these families. Claude Opus 5.5 replaces Opus 5. Grok 4.7 replaces Grok 4.5. Gemini 3.8 Flash replaces Gemini 3.7 Flash. Muse Spark 1.3, from Meta, is new. Claude Haiku 4.5 is no longer listed.

The rest of an investigation is unchanged. You still choose a property, ask in plain language, and get charts, comparisons, and links back to the dashboard.

When to switch

Claude Sonnet 5 is still the model selected for a new chat. Keep it for everyday analytics questions.

Switch when the question wants a different balance. Opus 5.5 is Anthropic's current model for long investigations. Grok 4.7 is xAI's current model for the same kind of work. Gemini 3.8 Flash is Google's newest Flash model, built for multi-step reasoning at the same speed class as 3.7 Flash. Muse Spark 1.3 is Meta's model for long-running work that has to keep track of earlier results.

The next reply follows the selector

The model you pick stays with that chat, so you can leave and come back without choosing again. A chat that was started on a model no longer in the selector keeps its history. The next reply uses the current default for that provider.
