Turn tracked activity into a journey
Funnels let you connect the actions that matter into one reusable view. A step can be a tracked event, a page visit, or a more specific action narrowed by custom data. That makes it possible to follow anything from landing page to signup, or from trial start to a completed purchase, without changing your tracking setup.
Each funnel can count either visitors across multiple visits or sessions within a single visit. It follows the date range and filters already active on the dashboard, so you can compare the same journey by channel, device, country, or another audience segment.
Find the step that needs attention
The funnel view keeps conversion and drop-off visible from the first step to the last. Switch to the layered view when you want the bottleneck to stand out: the widest collapsing layer shows where the largest group stopped progressing.
Funnels live in property settings, where they can be created, reordered, and refined as the product changes. On the dashboard, choosing a funnel updates the URL too, making the exact view easy to return to or share with a teammate.
