Breakdowns that follow the metric

Browser and device charts now answer the same question as the main trend: visitors, visits, or pageviews.

Keep the whole dashboard in context

Switching the headline metric should change the question the dashboard answers. Browser Share and Device Share now follow the active choice above the visitors chart, whether you are looking at visitors, visits, or pageviews.

This makes each breakdown more useful. Visitor share shows the reach of each browser or device. Visit share reveals where people return more often. Pageview share highlights where browsing is deeper, even when the number of people is smaller.

A label that says what is counted

The value in the centre of each donut updates with the selected metric. That removes the need to infer what a percentage represents and keeps screenshots or shared views understandable on their own.

The change also keeps these cards aligned with the rest of the dashboard: choose a metric once, then read the trend and its audience breakdowns as one connected view.
